Another much awaited action game of this year is the Darksiders II, which is the sequel to the super hit game Darksiders. The events in this second part of the game will be running parallel to the events from the first part, following one of the 4 horsemen of the Apocalypse called the exploits of death. The main character is one of the horsemen who tries to rescue his brother, who has been held responsible for starting the Darksiders apocalypse.

With additional challenging scenarios and upgraded features of the game, including graphics, Darksiders II is surely going to give a great action experience to the gamers. The game makers claim that every aspect of this game has been updated with new and surprising elements when compared to the original Darksiders game. Fury and strife, the two remaining horsemen, also feature in this part of the game.

THQ and Vigil games said that story of this part is set during the same time as the original part with the only change being that the Horseman death can now be controlled instead of brother war. The game producers have announced that the game will be launched somewhere in June 2012 in USA. The tentative date in June is 26th.
